Here at DC Automobiles Ltd we want to keep our customers happy, however sometimes we make mistakes. This page tells you how to make a complaint and we will do our very best to rectify it. We would also like to know when we do things well.

How to make a complaint
Please contact the salesman who sold you the vehicle. They should be able to sort it out quickly. We will endeavour to sort any problem out within 4 weeks of notification. As you can appreciate if the vehicle needs to go to a main dealer we cannot be responsible for any delay that they may have obtaining a part or fixing the vehicle. We will do our utmost to put pressure on the dealer to rectify the matter but ensuring that the vehicle is roadworthy.
