CLICK AND COLLECT/HOME DELIVERY

Introducing Click & Collect

Click & Collect delivery FAQs

What do I need to provide when I arrange Click & Collect?

We just need to see some photo ID along with proof of address documentation, such as driving licence.

When do I need to have my insurance in place?

Make sure you arrange your own insurance in time for your delivery so you can start driving straight away.

How do I tax my car?

This will be completed by a member of staff via the DVLA website but is payable by you.

How can I see any imperfections on a car prior to organising Click & Collect?

Upon reservation we will send you a video tour prior to you organising to collect so if you see anything, we can address any concerns beforehand.

Can I view the car?

Click & Collect is quite simply that. You arrive just to collect the car. All payments will be received prior to arrival. You can see the car on our website with detailed images and you can request a video walk around.

Can I test-drive the car?

You can't test drive the car (due to social distancing rules) but you do have up to 14 days to get to know your new car and make sure it is the right one for you. If you decide it isn't quite right, you do have 14 days in which to return it to us for a full refund. You have the right to return your car for any reason within 14 days. This is £1 per mile. All vehicle documentation and spare keys need to be present. We cannot accept the return of a car it if has been damaged, modified or altered from the condition it was delivered in. An excess mileage charge of £1 per mile for any mileage over 20 miles in those 14 days will apply. If you do change your mind you cannot use the car once you have notified us, but you must still tax and insure the vehicle until it is returned. This cancellation clause does not affect any separate rights given to you in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Sale of Goods Act 1978 (as amended)

Introducing Home Delivery

Due to Government restrictions we are unable to show you the vehicle at our showroom or take you for a test drive. We can do a video walk around of the vehicle and deliver the car to you. We will go through the details of the car with you prior to delivery. All vehicles receive the benefit of an 84 point inspection, service (if required) and MOT if less than 6 months. All vehicles not in manufacturer warranty will come with a 6 month warranty which can be used at any VAT registered garage near to you for further peace and mind.

Our website has the facility to reserve the car for £250 and we will then contact you with further details. Ordinarily we do not operate an organised distance selling scheme as defined by The Consumer Contracts (Cancellation, Information and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 however due to the corona virus we need to support our valued customers by delivering the vehicle to your home.

How home delivery works

Home delivery is available at a time that suits you.

Once you have found the car you want to buy and completed your order with our Sales Team, we will organise a delivery date convenient to you and to us. The car will be delivered on a low loader and will be wiped down and handed over using correct social distancing. Upon your complete satisfaction we will then register and tax the car for you. Road Tax is payable by the customer. Full payment will need to be transferred via bank transfer before we leave the car with you.
